Richard Saldanha has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Richard started their career at MTV India in 1999 as an Assistant Manager in Commercial Traffic, working there until 2002. From 2002 to 2009, they worked at Ten Sports, starting as an Assistant Manager and progressing to the role of Vice President in Programming and Operations. Their responsibilities included identifying key properties and programming line-ups, strategic planning of FPC for all channels, and on-air promotion planning. Since 2016, Richard has been working at ITW Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as the Director of New Business Initiatives and Sales.
Richard Saldanha completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai between 1991 and 1996. In 1996, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Financial Management Services from Principal Wilengkar Institute in Mumbai. Later, in 2009, they attended the American University of Sharjah to complete an Executive Leadership Programme with a focus on Organizational Leadership which was finished in 2010.
