Stefano Faiella is a seasoned business development professional currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Hobart Warewash at ITW Food Equipment Group since June 2015. With a focus on organic sales growth and superior customer service, Stefano leads a team to develop annual sales projections, engage with senior leadership on key opportunities, and facilitate new product development through research and presentations. Previously, Stefano held roles as Sales Development Manager and Territory Sales Manager, specializing in building relationships with national accounts and delivering tailored warewashing solutions. Stefano's career began with merchandising positions at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and Anheuser-Busch, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
