Gary Christianson

Gary Christianson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy development across multiple organizations. Since August 2013, Gary has served as the Human Resources Manager at ITW Heartland, contributing to the Leadership Team and overseeing various HR functions. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Human Resources Manager II at ITW Industrial Decorating Solutions, managing HR activities across several international locations. Gary's HR career began at ITW Heartland in 2000, followed by a role as HR Manager at Jenne-O Foods, where responsibilities included oversight of a diverse workforce. Gary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a Minor in Psychology, from Southwest Minnesota State University.
