Rick Trauger is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience across various managerial roles in technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Division IT Manager at ITW Pro Brands since June 2022, Rick previously held significant positions such as Director of IT & Engineering at Procurri, where responsibilities included creating processes for global data center hardware operations. Rick's expertise extends to incident management at ACI Worldwide, IT operations in Europe at Iron Mountain, and technical system administration leadership at Peak Hosting. With a solid foundation in data center operations management at PEER 1 Hosting and diverse experience from AT&T, Interland, and BFGoodrich, Rick combines technical acumen with strategic leadership, underpinned by a Bachelor's Degree in Operations & Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
