Dina Ezzat

Dina Ezzat has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dina is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition at ITWorx, where they are responsible for reviewing and analyzing recruitment processes and conducting recruitment and selection processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Prior to their role at ITWorx, Dina spent a significant part of their career at Microsoft. Dina served as the MEA External Staff HR Operations Manager, where they launched and led the MEA XROD project to standardize and centralize processes for all MEA external resources. Dina also managed a team of 9 members and oversaw the day-to-day operations of employees across various regions, with a direct responsibility for approximately 1050 employees and 450 business sponsors. Before that, they held the role of HR operations lead, where they managed daily operations, new hire onboarding, HR policies and procedures, and monthly payroll.

In the earlier stages of their career, Dina worked as a Senior Administration & HR Specialist at Global Brands Group (GBG), where they handled travel procedures, implemented a performance management system, and developed organizational charts. Dina also served as an Operational Specialist at Silicon21 Communication and as an Executive Assistant Operations at travel line agency.
