Mariam Salah

Mariam Salah has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1999, they worked at AMIDEAST where they held various roles until 2007, including Senior English Training Programs Coordinator. From 2007 to 2018, Mariam worked at ITWORX, initially as a HR Project Manager where they handled HR data management and policy creation. Later, they transitioned into the role of Talent Management Advisor, where they were responsible for various tasks including maintaining business knowledge, acting as a consultant to managers, and designing and delivering soft skills training sessions. In 2019, Mariam became a Freelance Talent Acquisition / Talent Management Consultant before returning to ITWorx in 2022 as a Talent Management Lead.

Mariam Salah completed their Pre MBA Courses in Business Administration and Management at the Maastricht School of Management from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Ain Shams University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn in January 2018.
