Cindy Boor

Cindy Boor has extensive experience in product development and project management in the toy industry. Cindy began their career at Learning Curve Brands, Inc./RC2 as a Project Manager for their Thomas the Tank Engine line from 2000 to 2003. Cindy then joined Infantino in 2005 as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed the product development life cycle for approximately 85 toys annually. During their time at Infantino, they handled a wide range of products, from softlines to electronic hardlines, and acted as a liaison between Asian manufacturers and US offices. In 2017, they transitioned to Itzy Ritzy, where they initially served as a Senior Project Manager before being promoted to the role of Vice President of Product Development in March 2022.

Cindy Boor attended Butler University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance with a focus on General Finance. Cindy also obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Lacy School of Business at Butler University during the same time period, specializing in Finance.
