Cate Brady

Cate Brady serves as the Executive Director of Innovation at IU Health, Inc., where responsibilities include creating the IU Health Innovation program and representing the company on a Venture firm Limited Partner Advisory Committee. Previously, Cate held positions as an Entrepreneur In Residence at IU Ventures and Director of Care Innovation at Advocate Aurora Health, focusing on technology and new care models in various health sectors. Cate's experience includes serving as COO at Neurocern, VP of Business Development at ViMedicus, and as a consultant with Brady Advisors, tackling significant operational challenges in healthcare. Cate co-founded multiple successful technology companies, including Apropos Tech, which went public, and Wasabi Software, an AI spin-out. Education includes an MPH candidacy from The George Washington University and multiple degrees from prominent institutions.
