Josen Llave

Josen Llave serves as the Senior Director and Product Director of EV Charging Solutions at CBRE since May 2023, focusing on enhancing program and project management capabilities while leading cross-organizational efforts to measure product capabilities. As a science fiction author, Josen has been drafting "Celestial Uprising" and is recognized for the series "Variance: Raise Your Weapon", exploring themes of utopian pacifism within a dystopian society. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at Amazon, where Josen oversaw a $400M+ annual capital program to expand electric vehicle infrastructure, and significant positions at ExxonMobil, managing substantial capital projects in refinery and chemical operations. Josen's early career included operational roles in the US Army and construction project engineering, alongside a strong educational foundation with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
