Josh Axelrod

Josh Axelrod currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Aldrich since August 2023, and holds advisory positions at iUrban Teen and Oregon State University College of Business. Previously, Josh was the Security Assurance CTO and General Manager for AWS Artifact Service at Amazon Web Services from December 2021 to August 2023, leading a team focused on security assurance. With extensive experience at EY as a Principal, Josh led teams providing security services across multiple sectors from April 2012 to December 2021. Prior roles include independent consulting, product development at AlertEnterprise, and critical infrastructure protection at Encari. Josh has a strong background in cyber and physical security, having worked on NERC CIP compliance and audits in various capacities with organizations such as Western Electricity Coordinating Council and PacifiCorp. Josh holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA from Marylhurst University.
