Smruti Kshirsagar started their work experience in 2013 as a Software IT at Freasher. In 2016, they worked as a Software Developer at Cybage until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a Product Engineer at FIS. In 2022, they joined _VOIS as a Deputy Manager until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Software Developer at Ivalua.

Smruti Kshirsagar completed a PG-DAC program at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) in 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Additionally, they have acquired multiple certifications, including "How to Train Your Brain For Happiness," "Building Web APIs with ASP.NET Core in .NET 6," "ASP.NET Core: Razor Pages," "Learning ASP.NET Core MVC," "Becoming Indistractable," "Communicating with Charisma," "Interpersonal Communication," "Introducing ASP.NET Core," "Visual Studio Developer Tips," "DevOps Foundations: Microservices," "Microservices Foundations," "Software Design: Code and Design Smells," "C# Design Patterns: Part 2," "C# Design Patterns: Part 3," "Requirements Elicitation and Analysis," "Software Architecture: Patterns for Developers," "Agile Software Development," "C# 7 First Look," "C# Refactoring Tips and Tricks," and "Communicating Nonverbally." These certifications were obtained between December 2020 and June 2022.
