Capt. Mahesh C N serves as the Chief People Officer at iValue Group since February 2024, overseeing HR strategy, transformation, change management, organizational development, capability building, and succession planning. Prior experience includes a decade as Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Bridge People Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, where Capt. Mahesh designed and executed comprehensive HR strategies supporting a base of over 600 institutional customers. Capt. Mahesh also held various HR leadership roles at FedEx Express, CreditAccess Grameen Limited, Macmillan Publishing Solutions, and Infosys, among others, developing expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational change management. Educational qualifications include a General Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis. Capt. Mahesh's military background as a Captain in the Indian Army adds a unique dimension to leadership experience.
