Sara Earnshaw

Sara Earnshaw is a seasoned professional in customer success and digital strategy, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Ivanti since January 2024. Previously, Sara held various senior positions at Salesforce from October 2015 to January 2024, including Senior Director of Emerging Products and Director of Data Solutions Success EMEA, leading teams across multiple data solution platforms. Prior experience includes roles at Young & Rubicam as a Principal Consultant, and Start Creative as a Digital Strategist and Project Director in Hong Kong. Additional roles include Senior Project Manager at Duke Interactive, Senior Account Manager at Vivid Lime, and digital lead at Golley Slater Group. Sara earned an MBA in Finance from HKUST Business School and a BA in Theatre Arts from Lawrence University.
