Shubhangi Joshi is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Ivanti, Shubhangi has been instrumental in the recruitment processes since the company’s acquisition of MobileIron, where technical recruitment responsibilities were also held. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Algorithm Talent Match Partner at Techolution and a Talent Acquisition Lead at iLink Systems, where initiatives were focused on building high-impact engineering teams. In earlier positions at Artech Information Systems, Shubhangi played a key role in various aspects of recruitment including customer satisfaction and staff development. Shubhangi holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, along with a Bachelor's degree from Motivational Pathway.
