Tyler Kneale

Tyler Kneale began their work experience in 1999 at Fred Meyer, where they served as a Night PIC/Team Leader until 2006. In 2006, they joined Target as a Guest Service Manager and was responsible for leading and developing a team of thirty individuals. Tyler also handled major customer escalations as the senior resolution manager. In 2011, Tyler joined Symantec, where they held multiple roles including Large Enterprise - Retention Account Manager and Channel Sales Manager - Business Development. In these roles, they managed and retained Symantec's largest enterprise customers, consistently exceeding revenue targets. Tyler also built and led a team of ten business development representatives, focused on increasing channel sales for the West US region. In 2021, Tyler joined Ivanti as a Senior Renewal Account Manager.
