Karen Marchetti

Karen Marchetti has held various marketing roles throughout their career. Karen is currently working as the Senior Director of Patient Marketing at Iveric Bio since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health where they held multiple positions including Head of Marketing for Global Baby Care, Marketing Director for Global Baby Care, and Marketing Director for Global Oral Care. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, they worked at Novartis as a Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager for various innovative products. Karen also has experience in account management, having worked as an Account Director at Deutsch, an Account Supervisor at The Kaplan Thaler Group, and an Account Executive at Grey Group. Karen began their career at DDB as an Assistant Account Executive.

Karen Marchetti completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended King's College from 1992 to 1996 and studied Mass Communications and Marketing.
