Erika Pennetta

Erika Pennetta began their work experience in 2007 at BT, where they served as a Service Desk Operations Lead for over 12 years until June 2019. Erika then moved to iVision in September 2019 and currently holds the position of Engineer 2.

Erika Pennetta attended DeVry University from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
