Jim Platt

Jim Platt is a Senior Service Delivery Manager at ivision since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing client relations across a diverse portfolio in technology, financial, legal, and retail sectors, and enhancing service delivery for various infrastructure types. Prior to ivision, Jim served as Senior Director of IT Infrastructure Engineering at Crawford & Company from 2006 to 2019, where leadership involved directing service delivery relationships with multiple Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and significantly improving IT Service Management (ITSM) metrics. Jim also held the position of Director of Database, Storage, and Virtualization, managing engineering operations and contributing to $10 million in savings through a key infrastructure outsourcing initiative. Jim Platt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College.
