Gerald Jakson

Gerald Jakson has extensive work experience in the IT field. Gerald started their career as a Network Administrator at Harsco Corporation in 1995, where they managed the technology infrastructure for multiple locations. In 2002, they transitioned to Ivoclar Vivadent AG and held various roles, including System Infrastructure Analyst, Information Technology Manager for the Americas, and Senior Information Technology Manager for the Americas. In their most recent role as the Head of Global IT Service Delivery, Gerald is responsible for leading and managing IT services delivery to the organization's global user base. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong analytical skills, developed and implemented innovative IT solutions, and effectively managed teams.

Gerald Jakson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Buffalo State University.
