John Harlow

John Harlow is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Ivory Skies since April 2020. Prior to this role, John held several leadership positions including Vice President of Global CRM and Global Salesforce Practices at ONIS Solutions, and Director of the Federal Salesforce Practice at The MIL Corporation, where John founded the division and oversaw key operations. Other notable roles include Technical Program Management Consultant at TurningPoint Global Solutions, and various positions at Genesys and Paychex, focusing on cloud solutions and customer engagement strategies. John began the career as Co-Founder and Principal Architect at ISCD and holds a Master's in Engineering Management from The Johns Hopkins University, alongside a Bachelor's in Business with a finance concentration from The University of Alabama.
