David Klempke

David Klempke, MBA, PMP has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles. At IWCO Direct, they were responsible for driving significant financial growth through the implementation of complex business solutions. David also led the strategic planning and deployment initiatives portfolio. Prior to this, they served as a Manager in the Product & Project Management Office (PMO) at IWCO Direct. David also has experience in program management and project management at IWCO Direct.

Prior to their time at IWCO Direct, David worked as an Instructor at Augsburg College, teaching courses on Data Management for Business and Project Management.

David has also worked as a Consultant, specializing in marketing and product development. David analyzed business models and created infrastructure for effective product management.

Earlier in their career, David held leadership positions at Katun Corporation. David served as the Director/Portfolio Manager of Market Intelligence & Research, where they managed a team and implemented best practices for intelligence operations. David also served as the Assistant Vice President/Program Manager, leading strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

David Klempke, MBA, PMP completed their education from Augsburg University. David obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems in the period of 2002-2006. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Finance, completing it in the years 2006-2008. In addition to their degrees, they hold multiple certifications including Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) from Microsoft in 2010, Advanced Problem Solving and Decision Analysis from Kepner-Tragoe in 2005, and two Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications from the Project Management Institute, one obtained in 2003.
