Mike O'Leary

Mike O'Leary has extensive experience in logistics and operations management within the mail industry, currently serving as Manager of Mail Logistics & Postal at IWCO Direct since February 2010, overseeing a team of 29 in a 24x7 operational environment. Previously, Mike held managerial roles at JDM Transcontinental Direct, where responsibilities included managing production operations and logistics for the mail department. Earlier experience includes multiple positions at Jetsort JDM, culminating in Plant Manager, where oversight extended to various facilities. Mike began a career in the mail industry as Lead Mail Coordinator at Eastern Air Lines, following an educational foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Miami Dade College.
