Vladimir Ognenovski

Vladimir Ognenovski has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vladimir started their career as a Human Resources Office Administrator at Taneks - M Temporary employment agency in 2010. Vladimir was responsible for organizing and maintaining personnel records, preparing HR documents, and responding to employee queries. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative for Lavazza Group in Macedonia. In this role, they represented the Lavazza brand and focused on sales and marketing activities. Vladimir then joined Kontakt Biznis - Temporary employment agency in 2012 as a Human Resources Administrative Officer, where they continued their HR duties and assisted the payroll department. Vladimir also worked as a Sales Representative for Alma-m from 2012 to 2017, representing Wrigley/Mars brands. In 2017, they joined Prilepska Pivarnica AD as a Sales Team Lead and later became a Project Team Lead. In these roles, they managed the day-to-day activities of the team, provided training and motivation to sales personnel, and achieved sales objectives. In 2021, Ognenovski transitioned to a Business Development Manager role, where they managed business development activities. Currently, they serve as an Associate Project Manager at IWConnect, and will assume the role of Project Manager starting in May 2023.

Vladimir Ognenovski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems Management from the University of 'St. Kliment Ohridski'- Bitola. In 2018, they received a Microsoft Excel Advance level certification from Megasoft Bitola.
