Matthew Walsh

Matthew Walsh has a diverse work experience, starting from their most recent position as the Head of Lending Strategies & Underwriting at iwoca. Matthew also served as the Interim Head of Lending Strategies & Underwriting and Head of Lending Strategy - Team Germany at the same company. Prior to iwoca, Matthew worked as a Credit Analytics Manager at Starling Bank. Matthew also held various roles at NewDay, including Senior Specialist in Impairment & Analytics and Decision Analytics, as well as a Specialist in Decision Analytics. Matthew began their career as a Risk Analyst at Elevate and later as a Credit Risk Analyst at DFC Global Corp.

Matthew Walsh attended Wootton Bassett School and Sixth Form from 2004 to 2011. Matthew then went on to study Mathematics with Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2011 to 2014, earning their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
