Austin Feigl

Austin Feigl is a Microsoft Office 365 Support Ambassador at iWorkGlobal, providing global customer support since April 2020. Prior experience includes serving in the United States Marine Corps as an Information Technology System Technician and Maintenance Manager from April 2015 to April 2020, where Austin led a specialized team focused on data systems maintenance and troubleshooting. Austin also completed the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy, earning the Microsoft Technology Associate certification in Networking Fundamentals, and worked as a Cable and Internet Technician at Cass Communication, overseeing extensive fiber optic installations. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, education also includes attendance at the Communications Electronics School and Lincoln Land Community College.
