Johnny Chen is a Project Engineer at IX Renewables with experience in project budgeting and cost control strategies. Johnny also served as a Project Leader at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, providing investment assistance services. With a background in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Johnny holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. At CTCI, Johnny managed competitive dynamics, coordinated cross-functional teams, and supervised construction projects in Taiwan and Saudi Arabia.
