Natika Whitfield

Natika Whitfield has a diverse work experience in compliance and business support roles. Natika is currently employed at IX Swap, where they work in compliance and is involved in tokenization and security investments. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Country Compliance Officer/MLRO at Citi in the Bahamas from May 2020 to December 2021. Natika also held positions at CIBC Trust Company, Bank of The Bahamas, BSI Trust Corporation, Hang Seng Bank, Cititrust, Oceanic Bank & Trust Company, and Higgs & Johnson. Their roles in these companies included senior manager, manager, AVP compliance, local compliance officer, vice president/compliance and internal control manager, and legal and compliance officer. Their work experience spans from 2001 to the present.

Natika Whitfield attended St. Anne's School from 1985 to 1991. After completing their secondary education, they went on to study Laws (Honours) at the University of Wolverhampton. The start and end years for their degree program are unknown.
