Slava Pak has over 18 years of work experience in the field of real estate asset management and construction project management. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Construction for IXcellerate. Data centers in Russia. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Property Management for ADG group from 2019 to 2021, Managing Director for Apleona HSG Facility Management BV from 2017 to 2019, Director for property management for Bilfinger from 2015 to 2017, Head of Real Estate asset management & Construction Project Management, Vice-President for Citi from 2005 to 2015, and Operations Manager for M+W Zander from 2003 to 2005.

Slava Pak obtained their MRICS from RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in 2012, specializing in Project Management. Slava then obtained their CCIM from the CCIM Institute in 2009-2010, specializing in Commercial Investment Real Estate. In 2008-2009, Slava Pak obtained their CPM from the Institute of Real Estate Management, specializing in Real Estate, Financing, and Property Management. In 2004, they obtained their Specialist from Gosstroy of Russia, specializing in Development and Construction. Finally, Slava Pak obtained their Engineer from Moscow State University of Environmental Engineering (MSUEE) in 1993-1998, specializing in Automatics and Cybernetics.
