Vladimir Shchetinin

Vladimir Shchetinin has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Владимир Щетинин currently serves as the Head of the System Integration and IoT department at JSC "ER-Telecom Holding" since 2018. Before that, they worked as the Deputy of Managing Director at IXcellerate from 2015. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of the Center for Infrastructure Solutions Development at I-Teco, where they were responsible for business administration and the implementation of complex infrastructure solutions from 2011 to 2015. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the Director General at Insystems, Holding LANIT, overseeing the design and technical support of engineering systems. Владимир Щетинин also held senior positions at RTComm.RU, OJSC from 2004 to 2006 and TransTeleCom from 2001 to 2004. Vladimir started their career at Orange Business Services Russia in various commercial positions from 1996 to 2001.

From 1983 to 1989, Владимир Щетинин pursued their education at the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute). During this time, they obtained a degree in engineer physics, with a focus on the study of solid-state physics.
