Eladio Cortes

Eladio Cortes is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and networking industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director at WStar Energy Corporation since January 2018, Eladio previously held roles such as Systems Engineer III at Ixia and Senior Member Technical Staff at Spirent Communications, where responsibilities included providing product support on advanced testing solutions. Eladio's expertise also encompasses substantial roles in software quality assurance and project leadership at companies including Arbor Networks and Covergence Inc. Additionally, Eladio contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, teaching graduate-level courses on networking. Eladio holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
