Mirela Balanescu (Horghidan) has extensive experience in marketing and mentoring roles across various companies. Mirela currently works as a Marketing Executive EMEA - Professional Services at Ixia, where Mirela creates newsletters, organises events, and collaborates closely with sales teams. Additionally, Mirela serves as a mentor at Suffolk Education Business Partnership Programme, providing support to high school students. With previous experience as a Marketing Consultant and Brand Manager, Mirela has a strong background in developing marketing plans, launching new products, and leading branding activities. Mirela holds a MAs in International Marketing from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest.
