Luke Corazza has a diverse work experience in the education field. Luke started their career as a Math Teacher at Kearny High School from September 2007 to June 2011. Following that, they worked at the American School of Madrid as a Department Chair/IB Maths Teacher from August 2011 to July 2015. In this role, they led a team of six teaching professionals and was responsible for planning and implementing 6th-12th grade mathematics curriculum. Luke also served on the leadership team, acting as a liaison between administration and teaching professionals.
Luke then transitioned to IXL Learning, where they held various roles. Luke began as a Product Analyst in July 2015 and later became a Senior Curriculum Designer from December 2015 to January 2018. Luke then became a Lead Curriculum Designer from January 2018 to January 2020, followed by a promotion to Curriculum Design Manager from January 2020 to January 2021. Luke further progressed to the role of Senior Curriculum Design Manager from January 2021 to April 2022, and then became a Curriculum Group Manager from January 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Luke is working as the Director of Curriculum at IXL Learning starting from January 2023.
Luke Corazza has a strong educational background in the field of Mathematics and Secondary Education. Luke obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics from UC San Diego in 2005. Luke then pursued higher education and completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Mathematics from UC San Diego in 2007. Following this, they furthered their knowledge in the field by earning a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from UC San Diego in 2008.
