Myriam Nunez

Myriam Nunez has extensive work experience in the field of People Operations. Myriam has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in supporting organizational change and transformation.

Myriam started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Driscoll's in 2007 and later transitioned into the role of Human Resources Generalist. Myriam then served as the Global Talent Program Manager, where they revitalized and transformed talent development programs across all business units. Nunez also served as the Global University Recruitment Program Manager, successfully executing Driscoll University's recruitment plan.

Nunez then worked as an HR Business Partner at Rocket Farms, Inc., where they developed strategic partnerships and implemented organizational design strategies to promote success within teams. Myriam later joined Sun Basket as the Director of People Operations, where they translated employee and business needs into processes, trainings, and systems that supported team transformation.

As a Senior Global People Operations Manager at Learneo, Nunez played a key role in managing and optimizing People processes for the company.

Currently, Nunez serves as the Director of People Operations at IXL Learning, overseeing the company's human resources functions.

Throughout their career, Nunez has focused on recruiting and onboarding top talent, optimizing People processes, and creating comprehensive HR policies and strategies. Myriam is known for their ability to create meaningful strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with employee and business needs.

Myriam Nunez obtained a Master's Degree in Counselor Education from San Jose State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at California State University-Sacramento, from 2006 to 2010.
