Thobeka Zwane

Thobeka Zwane is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, management, and financial administration. Currently serving as a QA Specialist at Izwe Loans since December 2013, Thobeka focuses on contact center optimization and performance improvement for customer service teams, conducting evaluations of recorded and live calls.
