Charles Hofwolt

Charles Hofwolt currently serves as the Assistant Director of Engineering at IZZIO ARTISAN BAKERY since July 2023. Prior experience includes positions as a Reliability Engineer at Kroger from March 2017 to July 2023, and as an Assistant Plant Engineer at King Soopers/City Market from December 2013 to March 2017. Charles also worked as a Production Supervisor at The Andersen Company from May 2012 to November 2013 and began a career in the culinary field as a Prep Cook at Outback Steakhouse from February 2010 to May 2012. Charles Hofwolt holds an MBA in General Management and a BS in Manufacturing and Industrial Technology from Tennessee Technological University, completed in 2018 and 2010, respectively.
