Josh Delay

Josh DeLay began their work experience in 2000 as a Supply Management Co-Op at Otis Elevator, where they developed processes and applications to automate supplier corrective action requests. Josh then worked at Whirlpool Corporation from 2001 to 2011, holding various positions including Factory Distribution Center Manager and National Sales Manager. During their time at Whirlpool, they oversaw the growth of the company's market share in the builder industry and implemented continuous improvement initiatives. In 2011, they joined J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. as a Business Development Executive, and later became the Director of Business Development. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Final Mile Business Development, leading the business development group for the Final Mile organization, focused on delivering products directly to clients' desired locations.

Josh DeLay attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and studied Finance. Josh obtained a certification in Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt from Six Sigma Associates and Whirlpool Corporation in 2010.
