Aaron Wang

Aaron Wang is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in China operations, product development, project management, and supplier management. Currently serving as China Operations Manager at J-B Weld Company since October 2018, Wang oversees sourcing, production, quality control, and supply chain management. Wang also holds a similar position at Spark Innovation LLC since May 2013, focusing on establishing new factories, improving production efficiency, and managing cross-border operations. Wang's prior experience includes roles at KT Tape and Seastone, enhancing product and quality assurance processes, relationship management, and training staff. Wang began a career in management at Guang Xing Long, gaining expertise in 6S and ISO systems.
