Chip Hanson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Chip served as the Chairman & CEO at J-B Weld Company since 2008. Prior to that, they founded Brown Trout Investments in 2002. In 2003, they also founded Franchise Brands L.L.C. and served as its Founder until 2015. Chip Hanson gained experience as President of the Bondo Corporation from 1998 to 2002. Chip worked as the Executive Vice President at Wm. Zinsser & Company from 1994 to 1998. Before that, they held the position of Director of Corporate Development at RPM International Inc. from 1992 to 1994. Chip Hanson started their career at The Timken Company as a Sales Representative from 1983 to 1989, then became a Business Analyst from 1989 to 1990, and finally served as the Manager Marketing - International Sales & Marketing from 1990 to 1992.
Chip Hanson received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Economics from The College of Wooster in 1982. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing it in 1989.
