Anna started their career as a Year One Peer Advisor at Rochester Institute of Technology, where they helped first-year students transition to college life. Anna also served as a Learning Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Research Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology, gaining experience in genetics, cellular and molecular biology, and lab instruction. Additionally, Anna worked as a Senator in the RIT Student Government, collaborating with other student leaders to bring about positive change on campus.
Anna then joined Uppsala University, where they held multiple roles including President of the Medical Masters Council and Project Manager of the Uppsala SensUs Team. Anna Capria completed their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology.
