Eric Fath

Eric Fath has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at J.Crew since August 2020, where prior roles included Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor. Prior to J.Crew, Eric held the position of Operations Supervisor at Gap Inc. from June 2019 to August 2020 and worked as a Quality Control Inspector at Assero Service, LLC from July 2018 to June 2019. Additionally, Eric was the Director of Operations at Hudson Valley Community Center from January 2014 to June 2018. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Liberty University between 2009 and 2013.
