Jill Hennessey-Brown

Jill Hennessey-Brown is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President for J.Crew Stores and Call Centers since June 2003, Jill leads the Stores, Customer Care Centers, and Visual Merchandise team, overseeing store operations for the brand. Prior to J.Crew, Jill held various managerial roles at Gap Inc./Banana Republic from 1990 to 2003, including Regional Manager and General Manager. Jill Hennessey-Brown holds an Associate's degree in Retail Management from Holyoke Community College.
