Olympia Gayot

Olympia Gayot is a seasoned fashion industry professional with extensive experience in design leadership roles. Since September 2020, Olympia has served as Creative Director and Executive Vice President of Women's and Kids Design at J.Crew. Prior to this, Olympia held the position of Vice President of Design at Victoria's Secret from November 2017 to September 2020. Olympia's earlier tenure at J.Crew from November 2010 to October 2017 included serving as Design Director. Olympia began the professional journey at Earnest Sewn as a Women's Wear Designer from May 2009 to November 2010. Olympia holds a BFA in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts, earned between 1999 and 2003.
