Otto Ottinger has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Otto started their career as a Software Development Intern at IBM in 2001 and went on to work as a Software Engineer and Staff Software Engineer at IBM from 2002 to 2009.
In 2010, Otto joined Flocasts as a Senior Software Engineer and then moved on to work at Blackbaud as a Senior Software and Build Automation Engineer from 2012 to 2013. During their time at Blackbaud, they led a team in creating an internal platform for building web applications.
From 2013 to 2014, Otto worked at Vobi as a Senior Software Engineer. Otto played a key role in developing and delivering a native Android application and also worked on architecting and solving problems related to video chat.
In 2014, Otto joined SailPoint as a Staff Software Engineer and later moved on to Shango LLC as a Principal Software Engineer in 2015.
In 2016, Otto co-founded Zilkr and served as the Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer until 2018. Zilkr focuses on enabling Telcos to sell Communications as an API and provides developer programs, ecosystem seeding, and partnerships.
Currently, Otto is working as the Chief Technology Officer at J-Curve Technologies, a position they have held since 2018.
Otto Ottinger attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences.
