Aditya Naik

Aditya Naik, MBA, currently serves as the Laboratory Manager at Gladstone Institutes since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager and Senior Executive at USV PRIVATE LIMITED from April 2018 to January 2022, as well as an Executive at Lupin from December 2015 to April 2018. Aditya began the career as a Senior Research Officer at USV PRIVATE LIMITED from January 2013 to December 2015 and completed a tenure as a Research Trainee at Cipla in late 2012. The academic background includes an Executive Master of Business Administration from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), a Master of Science in Biotechnology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, both from the University of Mumbai.
