Mark Siebenaller has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mark started their career in 2004 as a Returns Administrator at Briggs & Stratton. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Silver Star Brands, where they held positions such as Seasonal Team Leader, Team Leader - Call Center, and Multichannel Customer Service & Partnership Manager. In 2016, they joined J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. as a Business Analyst, contributing to the Lean Program. Mark later became the Sr. Manager - Trip Permits and is currently serving as the Vice President of Service Operations, responsible for leading the Service Operations function within the Managed Services business unit.
