Michael K.

Michael K. has over 30 years of work experience in project management and leadership roles. Michael most recently worked at J. Jeffers & Co. as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for assisting in the completion of the historic Milwaukee Journal Sentinel building. Prior to that, they worked at Brookdale as a Regional Director Project Manager, where they managed assets in the Central Division. Michael also worked as a Project Manager at Brookdale Senior Living, where they oversaw a variety of construction projects. Before that, they were the President of Pro People Solutions, where they served as a strategic business partner for Profiles International. Additionally, they served as the President of Advent Construction and the VP of Operations at Advent Environmental Services, where they held leadership roles in business development and financial management.

Michael K. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. In terms of certifications, Michael K. is a Certified Trainer of the Profiles Customer Service Profile, the Profiles Performance Indicator, the Checkpoint 360, and the Profile XT, Profiles Sales Assessment, and Profiles Managerial Fit. These certifications were obtained between 2011 and 2012 from Profiles International.
