Scott Novak

Scott Novak has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott is currently the VP of Business Development and Marketing at JL Clark, a leading manufacturer of metal and plastic packaging solutions. Prior to this, they worked as the Commercial VP at Carus LLC and as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Radiac Abrasives. Scott also held various roles at Sonoco, including Sales Director, Sales & Marketing Director, and VP of Marketing and Business Development. In addition, Scott served as the Vice Chairman, Treasurer, and Board Member at EPS Industry Alliance. Earlier in their career, they were employed at Nalco Water as the General Marketing Manager, Global Strategic Marketing Manager, and Director of Corporate Strategy. Scott began their career as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen & Hamilton and Booz & Company. Scott's earlier experience includes working in various positions at Exxon Chemical.

Scott Novak has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Scott also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Gies College of Business at the same university.
