Rafael Bialek

Rafael Bialek is a seasoned professional in the fashion and textile industry with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Developer for Outerwear Sport at J.LINDEBERG since June 2022, Rafael previously held multiple roles at HUGO BOSS from May 2015 to June 2022, focusing on men's jersey and outerwear development, as well as production management in Far East Asia and Eastern Europe. Prior to this, Rafael was a Product Developer at Gulins Business Design/A la Carte Identity Clothing, overseeing various aspects of production and quality assurance from October 2010 to September 2014, and served as Country Manager at Joythai Hk Ltd in Dhaka, Bangladesh, managing a midsize production office from March 2008 to March 2010. Rafael also worked as a Sourcing Manager at New Wave Group, specializing in supplier sourcing and market evaluation in Bangladesh from January 2007 to March 2008. Educational qualifications include studies at Textilhögskolan Borås, Sweden and ESMOD École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode.
