Arlene Kearney

Arlene Kearney has worked at JM Finn since 2004, initially starting as an HR Manager and eventually becoming the Head of Learning and Development. In their role, they focused on the FCA Training & Competence Regime, Professional Qualifications, and ongoing RDR CPD. Arlene is a Chartered Member of both the CIPD and the CISI.
