Caroline Langer has extensive work experience in corporate communications and employee engagement. Caroline started their career as a Corporate Communications Assistant at Ayer Advertising, where they promoted the agency and shared best practices through articles in the company newsletter. Langer then worked as an Account Executive at Lobsenz-Stevens Public Relations, where they launched the Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss Association and implemented a multi-faceted campaign to educate retailers and gardening enthusiasts about the benefits of using peat moss. Caroline later joined Ruder Finn as a Senior Account Executive, where they supervised an account team and organized nationwide clean-ups and promotional events for various clients. Langer then became the Director of Communications at Food Integrated Technologies Inc., a high-tech aquaculture company, where they played a crucial role in site selection, permit approvals, hiring, and marketing efforts. Caroline continued their career as a Senior Employee Communications Consultant at Davis & Company, where they advised clients on corporate culture issues and managed employee newsletters. Currently, Langer is the Director of Corporate Communications at J.M. Huber Corporation, where they lead the global communications function and oversees various programs and projects, including financial and environmental reports.
Caroline Langer obtained their Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Journalism from Bowling Green State University from 1984 to 1988. Caroline later pursued a Masters of Business Administration degree in Management and Corporate Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University, completing it from 2000 to 2006.
